The Academic Record Verification System (ARVS) provides a secure and efficient framework for verifying academic records at the Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo. The system supports transcript verification, certificate verification, statement of result verification, and other related academic documents. ARVS will be integrated with the Nigeria Education Repository and Databank (NERD), enabling centralized validation, enhanced data integrity, and cross-institutional verification. This integration minimizes certificate forgery, strengthens institutional trust, and streamlines verification processes—significantly reducing administrative workload while ensuring faster, accurate, and reliable turnaround times.
